Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) is the wood-fiber and polymer combination. Through the molding process, in the high temperature and high pressure conditions, thermoforming a new type of composite materials. WPC doors and accessories products has substrate material used wood plastic composites.
WPC considered as Resistant to bad weather and anti-aging, anti-corrosion, anti-cracking, moth proof and water proof that could be used in humid conditions, could be digged, sawed, drilled and easily to be installed, durable and wear-resistant for its high density that could be used more than 10 years with low maintenance, could be different and colorful shapes after surface treatment, the WPC doors environment friendly.
WPC or PVC door provides better insulation and therefore better energy efficiency than a traditional timber door. When used as a door frame, WPC and PVC are actually three times more energy efficient than its aluminium counterpart. It is also virtually maintenance free, never requiring stripping or repainting. Just wipe the surface clean occasionally and it is as good as new. While a timber door frame will warp, shrink and expand over time, a WPC and PVC door frame remains perfectly stable because it is 100% waterproof.
